腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗慢性阑尾炎的对比分析

目的探讨开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗慢性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的慢性阑尾炎患者115例随机分为腹腔镜组（实验组）59例，开腹手术组（对照组）56例。比较实验组与对照组在术中出血、手术时间及住院时间的差异，并随访两组患者术后慢性腹痛的缓解情况。结果实验组与对照组手术时间之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组出血量和住院时间均少于对照组，两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组术后随访腹痛发生率明显小于对照组，两组之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗慢性阑尾炎的优势比较明显，而且可以减少术后慢性腹痛的发生，值得在临床推广应用。

Comparative analysis of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of chronic appendicitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic appendicitis.Methods One hundred and fifteen cases of chronic appendicitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 59 cases of laparoscopic group(experimental group) and 56 cases of open surgery group(control group).The blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time and pain mitigation of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and control group in the operative time(P > 0.05);the blood loss and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05);the incidence of pain of followed up in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The advantage of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic appendicitis is significant.It can reduce the occurrence of postoperative chronic abdominal pain,is worthy of clinical application.
