摘    要:利用透射电镜观察Au-9Ni-8In合金表面In~+注入后的微观组织,并分析有关性能的变化。研究结果表明,In~+注入使合金表层晶粒细化,晶格畸变,位错密度降低;表层组织的变化使合金的表层显微硬度提高,摩擦和磨损性能得到改善。

Abstract:The microstructure of In~+ implantation surface layer in Au-9Ni -8In alloy has been directly observed by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), its properties are also measured. It is shown that In~+ implantation rcsults in layer grain size refined, lattice distored, surface layer dislocation density lowered. In addition, the layer microhardness was increased, frictional and wear and tear properties of the alloy were improved after In~+ implantation. It is reasonable to consider that the change of the microstructure is the major reason to improve properties of the alloy.
