| 摘 要： | 采用消胃痞方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎６８例，临床总有效率９４．１％；胃镜及病理活检总有效率５４．４％，与西药对照组的４６．６％和２３．３３％比较，Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５。而且治疗后血液流变学有明显改善（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。揭示消胃痞方是治疗萎缩性胃炎的有效方剂。

| Abstract: | 68 cases with chronic atrophy gastritis were treated by Xiaoweipi granule.The results showed (1) The clinical effective rate was 94.1%, pathological biospy and gastroscopic effective rate was 54.4,but 46.6%.23.33% in control group of west medicine (P<0.01, P<0.05) (2) Blood rheology were improved after treatment(P<0.01).The results suggested Xiaoweipi Granule bas a quite good effect in treating chronic atrophy gastritis. |
