| 摘 要： | 对２２例正常妇女、２３例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者和２７例卵巢良性肿瘤患者进行红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ）、红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＩＣＲ）、红细胞肿瘤花环率（ＲＢＣ－ＣａＲ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性的测定。结果表明：卵巢恶性肿瘤组ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ和ＲＢＣ－ＣａＲ明显低于正常人和良性组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＲＩＣＲ较良性组上升（Ｐ＜０．００１），卵巢恶性肿瘤组ＳＯＤ活性亦明显低于正常人和良性组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的红细胞免疫功能低下，ＳＯＤ活性降低。本研究还对红细胞免疫和ＳＯＤ的相关性进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | We determined red blood cells C3b receptor rosette(RBC-C3bR),red blood cells immune complexes rosette(RICR) and tumor red blood cells rosette (RBC-CaR) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in 23 patients with malignant ovarian tumor and 27 with benign ovarian tumor,and 22 control persons.It was found that RBC-C3bR and RBC-CaR of the malignant group were lower than that of the benign group and control group (P<0.01) while RICR of the malignant group was higher than that of the benign group(P<0.0001).SOD of the malignant group was lower than that of the benign group and control group (P<0.0001).The results show that RBC immune function and SOD in the patients with malignant ovarian tumor are remarkably decreased.The correlation between immune function of RBC and SOD in the patients with ovarian tumor is also discussed in this paper. |
