| 摘 要： | 在实验研究的基础上，初步探讨了Ｙ型三辊冷连轧小直径金属管工艺的可行性，分析了在合适的孔型系统中金属管的变形规律，给出了钢管减径的轧制模型。实验研究证明，该工艺可行。

| Abstract: | Based on the experimental study,the co-authors discuss preliminarily the feasibility of the process for rolling small diameter metal pipes with Y type 3-roll continuous cold rolling mill,analyze the deformation pattern of metal pipes in the applicable passes and present the rolling simulation for pipe O.D. reduction,It has been proven via relevant pilot operations that this process is practical. |
