蛹虫草功效成分测定方法研究进展

摘    要:蛹虫草功效成分主要有虫草素、虫草多糖、虫草酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、硒、植物甾醇等。近几年,对于蛹虫草的研究逐渐增多,其成分测定方法不断改进。本文综述了虫草素、虫草多糖、虫草酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、硒的经典测定方法,以及一些全新测定方法研究进展。

Abstract:There are lots of functional component in Cordyceps militaris. For example, Cordycepin crystalline, Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide, Cordycepic acid, Superoxide Dismutase, Selenium, Phytosterol, and so on. In recent years, with the development of Cordyceps militaris research, methods of composition determination keep improving. In this paper, some classical methods of the detection of Cordycepin crystalline, Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide, Cordycepic acid, Superoxide Dismutase, Selenium, and some newest studys for composition determination were summarized.
