布地奈德混悬液联合可比特雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察布地奈德混悬液联合可比特两种药物联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2012年1月在我院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿80例,80例毛细支气管炎患儿均采用抗感染、平喘、吸氧、纠酸等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予布地奈德混悬液联合可比特雾化吸入,对比分析两组的疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率达95.0%,明显高于对照组,且治疗组的临床症状和体征较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上予以布地奈德混悬液联合可比特两种药物联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可取得较好的临床效果,值得推广。

The budesonide joint compound ipratropium bromide solution inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis

Objective To explore budesonide joint compound ipratropium bromide solution inhalation treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods All 80 cases infants with bronchiolitis were resistance to infection,oxygen suction,sedation,asth ma,correct acidosis to maintain water and electrolyte balance to the budesonide treatment group on the basis of joint can be hit inhalation,efficacy were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95,0% significantly higher than the control group,and the c]inical signs and symptoms of the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide joint compound ipratropium bromide solution inhalation in treatment of children with bronchiolitis have achieved good effect.
