介孔TiO_2纳米光催化材料的水热合成及表征

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,采用水热合成法制备介孔TiO_2纳米光催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面积孔径分析仪、紫外-可见分光光度计分析等方法对材料进行表征和测试。重点研究模版剂用量对所制TiO_2纳米光催化剂结构和光催化性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO_2光催化剂具有单一的锐钛矿相结构,晶粒尺寸小于12.8 nm;当模板剂用量(n_(CTAB)/n_(Ti))为0.5%时,催化剂的介孔孔径尺寸为5~16 nm,比表面积为162.8 m~2/g,孔容体积为0.38 cm~3/g,对光的吸收波长为460 nm,吸附能力强、光催化活性高。

Abstract:Mesoporous TiO2 nano photocatalyst were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with varying contents of template, butyl titanate as the titanium source, sixteen alkyl three methyl ammonium bromide as the template. The microstructure and photocatalysis properties were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, BET, UV-Vis. As a result, mesoporous TiO2 nano photocatalyst were composted of only anatase phase, the crystal size less than 12.8nm. When the content of template reached 0.5%, nano TiO2 photocatalyst was a typical mesoporous material with a pore diameter of 5 to 16nm, a large specific surface area of 162.8 m2/g and a pore volume of 0.38cm3/g. The mesoporous TiO2 nano photocatalyst showed strong adsorption capacity, and excellent photocatalytic activity to degrade methyl orange solution. The absorption wavelength of the solar light was 460 nm.
