| 摘 要： | 本文提出了应用系统管理器的概念，利用应用系统管理器，即使对计算机不太了解的非专业人员也能简单地管理网络化应用系统中的用户权限。本文提出了应用系统管理器的概念及其设计思想，并介绍了应用系统管理器在高校教务网络管理系统中的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the concept of application system manager using this manager it is easy to manage user's competence in the network system for unspecialized men even if they do not understand computer better. This paper introduces the design thinking and introduces the application of the system manager in teaching management network system in the university. |
