基于STC单片机的温控教学设备的设计

针对目前单片机教学设备的现状,介绍一种基于微控制器(STC12C5A60S2单片机)为控制核心的教学设备的开发。采用STC12C5A60S2单片机、按键、液晶显示器和温度传感器等完成系统的硬件设计;以KeiluVision4为软件开发环境,采用c语言完成系统的程序设计,控制单片机的温度采集电路获得当前温度值,将当前温度值和温度阈值比较,再经过温度控制电路控制温度。经实际运行,该系统实现了通过按键对温度阈值进行设定,LCD显示当前温度值,并能通过温度采集形成温度控制。

Design of temperature Control System based on STC serials Single Chip Computer

In view of the present status of teaching system of Single Chip Microcomputer,a temperature-control teaching system which used STC12C5A60S2 as its control core is introduced.The hardware design is composed of STC12C5A60S2、key、LCD and temperature sensor etc.;the program design of the system is developed by taking Keil uVision 4 as the software development environment,then completed system program using C language which controls STC12C5A60S2 to get current temperature by temperature capture module,then compare the current temperature with the maxium set temperature to control temperature by temperature control module.In practice,this system can set maxium temperature with key,the current temperature can display on LCD,and built up a control system to make motor work according to the current temperature.
