船舶舵系中舵叶两锥孔的加工制造工艺研究

摘    要:船舶舵系中舵叶两锥孔的加工制造工艺,其包括以下步骤:先将一平板用水平仪校平,在镗床的主轴上以平板平面为基准将主轴校平行,再以平板上的T型槽内壁直线度为基准将主轴校直;定好舵叶放置位置后,将若干等高托架放好,并用该等高托架的定位块在平板上嵌入定位;将镗床主轴伸出,按距离该镗床主轴最近的等高托架内孔校圆,使主轴中心与等高托架孔中心线重合;将镗排连接后放入等高托架内孔,并与镗床主轴连接;主轴带镗排在等高托架内孔内旋转,按舵叶的两锥孔的大端圆线校圆,然后加工舵叶的两锥孔,保证两锥孔有较高的同心度。本方法能够应用于船舶业造船、修船舵叶的加工制造,且能保证舵叶二锥孔同心度在0.10 mm以内。

Abstract:The machining manufacture process of two cone holes for rudder blade of ship's rudder system,which comprise the following steps : At first,a big bottom board was horizontaled by leveling instrument,the boring's spindle was paralled that based on the plane of bottom board,and the boring's spindle was aligned that based on T type groove inner wall's straightness of bottom board;after the rudder blade's place position was fixed,some equal-high-support was placed,and use the equal-high-support's location block was embedded in bottom board for location of equal-high-support;the boring spindle is protrude,and adjust roundness according to the hole of equal-high-support which is the nearest from the boring spindle,ensure the centerline of boring spindle is superposition with the centerline of equal-high-support;the boring bar after connection was put into the hole of equal-high-support,and is connected with the boring spindle;the boring bar which row into the hole of equal-high-support was rotated by the boring spindle,and adjust roundness according to the big end's roundmark of two cone holes for rudder blade,then machining the two cone holes of rudder blade,ensure to get the higer concentricity of two cone holes. This method can be applied to rudder blade machining manufacture of shipbuilding and shiprepair of ship industry,and can guarantee the concentricity of two cone holes for rudder blade is within 0.1mm.
