超声波冲击破碎钎焊金刚石磨粒的实验研究

摘    要:采用楔形刃口工具对钎焊金刚石进行超声波冲击破碎,观察同一破碎参数下冲击破碎钎焊金刚石不同位置的金刚石形貌和同一的破碎位置不同破碎参数下超声波冲击破碎钎焊金刚石的金刚石形貌,同时研究了破碎参数对破碎形貌的影响。实验表明:超声波冲击破碎位置不同,金刚石的破碎形式也不同;超声波冲击破碎金刚石出现微刃后,破碎时间对金刚石的破碎程度影响不大;在超声波振动系统谐振状态下,随着工具进给量的增加,金刚石的破碎程度加深;超声波系统的输出电流对金刚石的破碎形貌影响很大。

Abstract:The wedge shaped dressing blades with ultrasonic system were applied to impact fixed brazed diamond grits in the experiment.The dressed brazed diamond topographies under the same parameters but different positions were observed with digital microscope.In addition,the dressed brazed diamond topographies under the same positions of the brazed diamonds but different parameters were observed.The effect of the parameters to the dressed brazed diamond was studied.The results showed that different dressing position made different fracture mode of the brazed diamond.After appearing micro edge on the dressed diamond grain,the time has little effect to diamond fracture.Under the resonance condition of ultrasonic vibration system,the large feed rate caused serious broken.The output current of the ultrasonic vibration system plays an important factor in the dressed brazed diamond topographies.
