| Abstract: | Class-ceramics is a novel ceramics with homogeneous and dense miorostructures and nano- or submicro-crystals, prepared by in-situ crystallization from glass. The characteristics, processing mechanism, microstructures, properties and applications of the glass-ceramics fabricated by sintering are discussed. |
