应用益生菌制剂对严重烧伤患者炎症反应的影响

摘    要:[摘要] 目的观察应用益生菌制剂对严重烧伤者血常规、血浆蛋白的影响,探讨益生菌制剂在减轻烧伤炎症反应中的疗效和价值。 方法将88例烧伤患者根据是否应用益生菌制剂(双歧杆菌活菌胶囊)分为干预组33例和对照组55例。干预组给予双歧杆菌活菌胶囊口服14 d,2组烧伤常规治疗一致。记录2组应用前与应用14 d后的血常规和血浆蛋白,并进行统计学分析。 结果应用益生菌制剂14 d后2组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分数、淋巴细胞计数均低于用药前,2组淋巴细胞百分数均高于用药前,对照组单核细胞计数和干预组血小板计数均低于用药前,干预组单核细胞计数高于用药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,干预组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分数、淋巴细胞百分数和血小板计数均低于对照组,单核细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,干预组白蛋白低于用药前,总蛋白高于用药前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,干预组白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论临床应用益生菌制剂能减轻烧伤后的炎症反应和机体的损伤。

Abstract:[Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To study the effect of probiotics on blood routine and plasma proteins in severe burns, and to explore the efficacy and value of probiotics in reducing burn inflammation. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Eighty-eight burn patients were divided into intervention group(33 cases) and control group(55 cases) according to whether or not a probiotic preparation was used. The intervention group was given oral bifidobacterium live bacteria capsules for 14 days, and the conventional treatment of burns in the two groups was consistent. Blood routine and plasma proteins before and 14 days after application were recorded and statistically analyzed. 〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, and lymphocyte count of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment. Both were lower than before medication, and the monocyte count in the intervention group was higher than that before medication, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, lymphocyte percentage, and platelet count of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, and the monocyte counts were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After administration, the albumin in the interference group was lower than before administration, and the total protein was higher than that before administration. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After administration, albumin in the interference group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The clinical application of probiotics can reduce the inflammatory response and body damage after burns.
