经尿道等离子体双极电切术在泌尿外科的应用

目的评价经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症、膀胱肿瘤、尿道狭窄的方法与疗效。方法用经尿道等离子体双极电切行前列腺切除（PKRP）56例，行浅表性膀胱肿瘤切除（PKRBT）24例，尿道狭窄电切3例。结果83例获得成功，无中转开放手术，无输血，无严重并发症发生，疗效满意。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症、膀胱肿瘤及尿道狭窄安全有效。

Transurethal Bipolar Plasmakinetic Surgery in Urology

Objective To evaluate the treatment effectiveness of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),bladder tumor and urethral stricture.Methods 56 cases of BPH were treated with transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP).24 cases of superficial transitional cell carcinoma were treated with transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of bladder tumor(PKRBT).3 cases of urethral stricture were treated by transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic technique.Results The surgery was successfully accomplished in 83 patients with an excellent therapeutic effect.There was no conversion to open surgery.There were no blood transfusions or serious complications in the study.Conclusion It was suggested that transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the benign prostatic hyperplasia,bladder tumor and urethral stricture was effective and safe.
