| 摘 要： | 为观察胃康合剂(大黄、土茯苓、地榆、白芍药、香附、高良姜等组成)治疗慢性活动性胃炎的疗效,112例患者随机分中药组(62例)用胃康合剂治疗,西药组(50例)用低剂量三联疗法(胶体果胶铋胶囊、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮)治疗,疗程均为1个月。结果：在HP根除率、胃黏膜病理方面两组之间无显著性差异,在症状与胃黏膜炎症的改善方面,中药组优于西药组。提示：胃康合剂是治疗慢性活动性胃炎的有效中药制剂。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Weikang Mixture" in the treatment of chronic active gastritis, 112 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with "Weikang Mixture" and control group in which 50 cases were treated by triple therapy, with a course of one month. Results: The two groups were similar in HP-eradicating rate and gastric mucous membrane pathology; but treatment group was better than control group in improving clinical symptoms and membrane inflammation. |
