| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾脏原发类癌的临床和病理特点。方法回顾分析1例肾脏原发类癌的临床和病理资料。结果该例肾脏原发类癌为体检时发现，无自觉症状。肿瘤大小为2．5cm×2．5cm，切面黄褐色，部分呈囊性，侵达局部被膜。免疫组化；突触素（Syn）（＋），神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）（＋），嗜铬颗粒蛋白A（CgA）（-），细胞角蛋白（CK）（＋／-），Ki-67〈67％。结论肾脏原发类癌罕见，影像学多无特征表现，外科手术为目前唯一可行的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of primary renal car- cinoid. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 1 case of primary renal carcinoid was ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results This case was found in health checkup and the patient did not have any subjective symptoms. The tumor size was 2.5 cm）〈 2.5 cm, invading local capsule. The cut sur- face was yellow brown and part of it appeared cystic. Immunohistochemistry. Syn（＋）, NSE（＋）, CgA（-）, CK（＋/-）, Ki-67〈67%. Conclusions Primary renal carcinoid is a rare entity with- out characteristic imaging features. Surgery is considered to be the only reliable treatment so far. |
