| 摘 要： | 从科学发展观的内涵入手,介绍了和谐高校图书馆的内涵及特征,进一步分析了科学发展观与构建和谐高校图书馆的内在联系,最终从人员、馆藏、设施、内部管理、服务方面对和谐高校图书馆的建设提出了建议,以满足图书馆全面发展、和谐发展和可持续发展的目标。
