某铅锌尾矿中复杂难选伴生萤石选矿试验研究

摘    要:某铅锌浮选尾矿中CaF2含量为15.56%,BaSO4含量为12.43%,CaCO3含量为10.47%,属低品位复杂难选伴生萤石矿。针对该尾矿中萤石矿物,开展详细浮选试验研究。小型闭路试验采用1次粗选2次扫选5次精选,中矿顺序返回的原则流程,在药剂累计用量油酸钠525 g/t、十二烷基磺酸钠525 g/t、水玻璃1170 g/t、腐殖酸钠390 g/t、碳酸钠1000 g/t的条件下,获得了CaF2品位95.07%、回收率84.68%的萤石精矿,较好地实现了该铅锌尾矿中低品位复杂难选伴生萤石矿物浮选回收,并获得理想的选矿指标。

Research on the Mineral Processing Experiments of the Refractory Associated Fluorite of Some Lead and Zinc Tailing
Abstract:Some lead and zinc tailing is a secondary resource of the refractory associated lfuorite, of which the CaF2, BaSO4 and CaCO3 grade are 15.56%, 12.43%, and 10.47% respectively. In this paper the lfotation experiments of the lfuorite were conducted. The lfotation concentrate with CaF2 grade of 95.07%, CaF2 recovery of 84.68% can be obtained by the closed-circuit experiment with the process of a roughing-ifve cleanings-two scavenging and using sodium oleate and sodium dodecylsulphate as collector, Na2CO3 as pH regulator, as well as sodium silicate and sodium humate as depressor. The lfuorite was separated from the lead and zinc tailing successfully.
