一种高精度圆感应同步器数显表的设计

摘    要:圆感应同步器数显表是一种采用电磁感应原理的角度测量仪表,目前国内的圆感应同步器数显表的设计普遍采用纯开环或闭环的模式,动态精度低,针对这一现状,在本文中提出了总体开环,数字信号处理部分闭环的新方案,设计出了一种高精度圆感应同步器数显表。同时详细介绍了数显表的各独立部分硬件电路,整个数显表具有结构紧凑、抗干扰能力强等优点,同时有较高的跟踪速度和较好的稳定性。经应用表明:该数显表精度高,特别适合在恶劣的环境中工作,并且成本低,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:The digital readout instrumentation of round inductosyn is a kind of angular measurement instrument that uses electro - magnetic theories. Our Chinese digital readout instrumentation of round inductosy usually has been designed by mode of sole closed loop or open loop and its dynamic accuracy is low now. In accordance with the condition, we present a new method of whole open loop and signal process part closed loop and design a high precision digital readout instrumentation of round inductosyn in this paper. In the same time, we introduced the independent hardware circuits for the digital readout instrumentation in details. The Whole digital readout instrumentation has the merits of compact configuration, high antiinterference. It also has high track speed and working stability. According to practical application, the digital readout instrumentation has high precision; especially applying to be used in the hard circumstances and its price is cheap. The digital readout instrumentation of round inductosyn has very high utilizable values.
