摘    要:目的:探讨复合树脂及玻璃离子水门汀填充法用于后牙牙体缺损治疗临床效果.方法:选我院80例后牙牙体缺损患者按照数字表格划分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组患者需要接受玻璃离子水门汀填充治疗后牙牙体缺损,而观察组患者接受复合树脂填充修复治疗.治疗后,比较两组患者的后牙牙体修复效果及不良反应情况.结果:观察组患者的成功率远高于对照组,且失败率远低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05.与此同时,观察组发生不良反应的情况小于对照组,差异明显,P<0.05.结论:复合树脂填充法治疗后牙牙体缺损的效果理想,与此同时发生不良反应的机率很小.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of composite resin and glass ionomer cement filling method in the treatment of posterior tooth defects.Methods:Eighty patients with posterior tooth defects in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group needed dental implantation after glass ionomer cement filling treatment,while patients in the observation group received composite resin filling repair treatment.After treatment,the dental restoration effect and adverse reactions of the posterior teeth of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The success rate of patients in the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the failure rate was much lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant,P<0.05.At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with a significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The composite resin filling method is ideal for the treatment of posterior tooth defects.At the same time,the chance of adverse reactions is very small.
