| 摘 要： | 目的回顾与总结沈阳市中小学卫生保健事业30 a发展状况,为全国中小学卫生保健所的建设和发展提供参考。方法利用1979-2009年沈阳市13个区(县)中小学卫生保健所基本情况和人员情况的记录和统计表,对保健所总人数、人员职称及学历、总资产、占地面积、建筑面积、人均面积和体检用车情况进行分析。结果中小学卫生保健工作人员由最初的以初级职称和中专及以下学历为主,已发展到以中级及高级和本科及大专学历为主,职称构成和学历构成发生了较大变化。保健所的各项服务能力和硬件建设不断完善,但城市和农村地区保健所的人员、硬件和软件的发展还存在一定差别。结论沈阳市中小学卫生保健所在硬件建设显著发展的同时,软件建设取得明显进步。 |
