胜利油田水平井完井技术现状及发展趋势

摘    要:近年来胜利油田的水平井完井技术有了较大的发展,已由过去单一的固井射孔完井技术逐步发展成为一套适合多种油藏类型、保护油气层、提高水平井产能及采收率的综合工艺技术,具有完善程度高、完井成本低、防止油层二次污染、提高油井产能及油层采收率的优点。同时,对短半径侧钻水平井、分支水平井、大位移水平井等特殊水平井完井技术进行了深入地研究和大胆地尝试,并获得了成功。阐述了目前水平井完井技术的不足,指出了今后胜利油田水平井完井技术将向保护油气层、优化水平井井段及射孔长度,优化防砂方式及防砂工艺等方向发展。

Abstract:In the past, perforating completion technology is the only horizontal well completion method used in Shengli Oilfield, however, remarkable improvement has been made in recent years. A set of comprehensive completion technologies for various reservoirs have been developed, and these technologies can reserve reservoirs, minimize the secondary damage to reservoir, improve productivity and enhance recovery. Meanwhile, further studies and tests have been conducted on the advanced completion technologies for short radius sidetracking horizontal well, multilateral well, and extended reach well. Deficiencies are also mentioned, and it points out the direction for completion technology development in Shengli, i.e., formation protecting, horizontal interval and perforating length optimization, selection of sand controlling method and technique, etc.
