SiC_w∥Al复合材料的时效硬化行为

摘    要:采用挤压铸造法制造晶须体积百分数为27%的SiC_w/6061Al复合材料,并采用硬度分析、DSC示差热分析及透射电镜分析方法对复合材料的时效行为进行了研究。结果表明经时效处理盾复合材料的硬度有所提高,其硬度高于6061Al合金,复合材料的峰时效比6061Al合金有所提前。同时发现复合材料在170℃时效出现双硬度峰,研究认为这与复合材料中析出由G.P.区向β相的转化有关。

Abstract:The 27%Vol-SiC_w/6061Al composite was fabricated by squeeze casting and the age hardening behavior of the composite was investigated by hardness measurement,DSC analysis and TEM observation.The results show that the hardness of the composite was increased after heat treatment and inuch higher than that of 6061Al alloy,the aging peaks of the SiC_w/6061Al composite appeared earlier than that of the 6061Al alloy.It was also found that double peaks appeared when the SiC_w/6061Al composite was agcd at 170℃,it was considered that this phenomenon is related to the transformation from G.P.zone toβphase.
