摘    要:背景]观察玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿的疗效.病例报告]52例患者均经荧光素眼底血管造影检查确诊为黄斑水肿,其中糖尿病性重度弥漫性黄斑水肿者为29例,视网膜中央静脉阻塞所致的囊样黄斑水肿者为15例,颞侧分支静脉阻塞所致的黄斑水肿者为8例,均给予玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德4 mg(0.1 mL).随访1~10个月,观察患者视力、眼压、眼底情况及炎症反应,并应用荧光素眼底血管造影观察视网膜渗漏情况.52例中46例视力提高,效果最佳者视力由治疗前0.1提高至0.6,6例的视力无变化;眼压升高者为2例,其中1例眼压高达6.80 kPa;水肿复发者为4例.讨论]玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿有一定的疗效,但部分患者治疗后出现复发,并可见发生眼压升高等不良反应.

Abstract:BACKGROUNDTo evaluate the curative effects of inreavitreous injection with the triamcinolone acetonide(TA) for macular edema.CASE REPORTSIntravitreous injection with the triamcinolone acetonide 4mg(0.1mL) was performed in 52 patients with macular edema who had undergone fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA),including 29 cases in diabetic retinopathy,and 15 cases in central retinal vein occlusion,and 8 cases in branch retinal vein occlusion.During 1~10 monthes follow-up period,the visual acuity,intraoculr pressure,fundus and inflammatory extent were observed.The visual acurity had improved in 46 cases,and the best visual acurity was improvid from 0.1 to 0.6,and the change was not in 6 cases.Two patients had the ocular pressure,and one patient had the intraocular pressure 6.80kPa,and four patients had the recurrent of macular edema.DISCUSSIONIntravitreous injection with TA is a promising therapeutic method for macular edema,and recurrence of macular edema or increase of intraocular pressure may occur in some patients.
