平板对气流速度的影响

摘    要:应用Fluent软件模拟空气在防爆格栅中气流速度,定性分析了平板阻火单元不同结构和温度与气流速度的关系。结果表明:平板厚度、长度、倒角和温度的变化对气流速度有一定的影响,为柴油机进排气系统防爆格栅的设计及应用提供参考。

Abstract:CFD software Fluent was applied to simulate the air velocity of fire arresters, and the relation was analyzed between structure parameters, temperature and air velocity. The analysis results show that thickness, length, chamfering and temperature have some influence on air velocity. Reference for design and application of fire arresters of intake and exhaust system of diesel engine was provided.
