摘    要:对某乙烯企业中的环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EOEG)装置和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置进行基于风险的检验(RBI)分析.根据风险评估结果,识别出装置设备和管道的损伤模式、机理和检验周期,制定了检验策略,为装置的定期检验提供参考.

Abstract:The risk based inspection (RBI) was performed for the EOEG construction and LDPE construction in one ethylene enterprise. All of the results were evaluated based on risk, the modes and mechanism of failures occurred in equipment and piping were identified, and the inspection period was, then, determined. The inspection strategy presented herein provides the reference to the periodical inspection for the same construction.
