摘    要:目的:建立一种微波消解样品、氢化物发生原子荧光法测定天麻中的砷含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解技术消解天麻,利用氢化物发生原子荧光法在优化条件下测定其中砷的含量。结果:测定其天麻中砷的回收率为95.2%~105.6%,RSD为2.9%。结论:本测定方法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、准确度高、操作简便快速、线性范围宽等特点,能够达到测定天麻中微量砷的要求。

Abstract:Objective: A method for determination of Arsenic in gastrodia is established by atomic flurescence spectrometry with microwave digestion. Methods:In this study, atomic fluorescence spectrometer was applied to determine Arsenic under optimized conditions in Gastrodia, Microwave digestion was employed in sample pretreatment. Results:The recovery and precision of Arsenic in gastrodia are between 95.2%-103.6% and 2.9%.Conclusion:The result indicates that the methods can be widely applied to determine Arsenic in gastrodia with simple, fast and accurate.
