Ni-Al 涂层中温反应烧结界面成分分布特性的研究

摘    要:将Ni-Al 混合喷涂层在中温保护气氛下反应烧结, 通过SEM 观察界面附近各成分的分布情况, 发现在界面附近有宽度大约为20 μm 的过渡区并呈冶金结合。扩散理论分析表明, 在900 ℃保温1 h 后Ni/ Fe 界面附近有宽度大约为1 μm 的理论扩散区。实验结果和扩散理论分析结果差别很大, 这表明界面的结合并非纯扩散所致, 界面局部非平衡多元体系的演变能促进界面的结合。

Abstract:Composition distribution on the interface of thermally sprayed Ni-Al coating which is reactively sintered at median temperature under protective atmosphere has been studied by SEM.A transition zone of about 20 μm in width with metallurgical binding at the interface has been found.While theoretical calculation for the diffusion reveales that a theoretical diffusion zone about 1 μm in the width at the interface of Fe/Ni would be formed after soaking at 900 ℃ for 1 hour.The great difference between experiment results and theoretical diffusion analysis indicates that diffusion is not the only cause for the interfacial bond, evolution of the non-equilibrium multi-system at the interface also can promote the bonding of the interface.
