摘    要:为研究水泵优化选型问题,构建了基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS法的水泵机组优化选型模型,并结合案例对其进行检验。首先,在分析梳理评价指标的基础上,从经济性、灵活性、可靠性、稳定性4个维度构建了包括12个评价指标的水泵机组优化选择评价体系。其次,根据TOPSIS法的原理,将水泵机组评价体系原始数据的属性按照成本型和效益型进行分类和规范化处理。再次,采用AHP与熵权法对各评价指标进行组合赋权。最后,采用TOPSIS法计算案例各备选方案与理想解的贴近度并排序,再以此为依据优选出更切合工程需求的水泵机组。结果表明,基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS法的评价模型能够避免单一赋权方式的偏颇,从而有效解决工程实际中广泛存在的多目标多属性决策问题。

Abstract:An AHP-Entropy Weight TOPSIS method-basedoptimal type selection model of pumping unit is built herein,and then is verified in combination with the relevant study case. At first,the evaluation system including 12 evaluation indicators for the optimal selection of pumping unit is established from four dimensions,i. e. economy,flexibility,reliability and stability. Secondly,in accordance with the principle of TOPSIS method,the original data attributes of the pumping unit evaluation system are classified and standardized according to the costtype and the benefittype. Thirdly,combined weighting is made on each evaluation indicator with AHP and entropy weight method. Finally,the nearness degrees of all the alternatives for the study case to their ideal solutions are calculated and sequenced with TOPSIS method,and then the pumping unit that is more suitable for the requirement of the project is optimized on the basis of this. The study result shows that theAHP-Entropy Weight TOPSIS methodbased evaluation model can avoid the defect from the single weighting mode,thus effectively solve the multi-objective and multiattribute decision making problem widely existing in the engineering practice concerned.
