低潮气量治疗在机械通气肺结核术后合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

目的 探讨低潮气量维持通气对肺结核术后合并呼吸衰竭患者的应用价值。方法 在有效的抗结核、抗感染治疗的基础上，对32例肺结核术后合并呼吸衰竭患者进行低潮气量（6～8ml／kg）机械通气治疗，观察疗效及并发症。结果 呼吸衰竭治愈31例，死亡1例，治愈率96．9％，无明显并发症。结论 低潮气量维持通气对肺结核术后合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗是安全的，且疗效显著。

Clinical application of low tidal volume ventilation in the postoperative pulmonary tuberculosis patients with mechanical ventilation

Objective To investigate the applied effect of low tidal maintained volume ventilation on the postoperative pulmonary tuberculosis patients with respiratory failure. Methods 32 cases received low tidal volume mechanical ventilation on the basis of effective anti - tuberculosis and anti - infection therapy. The effects and complications were observed. Results 31 cases were cured, 1 case died, the rate of cure was 96.8%. No significant complication was found. Conclusion Low tidal maintained volume ventilation is safe, and have obvious therapeutic effect in treating the postoperative pulmonary tuberculosis patients with respiratory failure.
