摘    要:目的探讨在重型颅脑损伤患者中合理应用营养输注泵对降低早期肠内营养并发症的价值。方法将89例颅脑损伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组46例,伤后早期即通过营养输注泵进行鼻饲肠内营养;对照组43例,按传统的方法给予鼻饲相同流质饮食。结果实验组胃肠功能障碍症状较对照组明显减少,可以较好耐受早期胃肠道营养。实验组肠内营养并发症,如腹泻、呕吐返流、血糖升高、误吸和堵管发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用营养输注泵实施持续滴注的早期肠内营养可以明显减少肠内营养并发症,使重型颅脑损伤患者的肠内营养支持更为安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the reasonable application of feeding pump in order to decrease the rate of complications induced by early enteral nutrition in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Method Eight-nine patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time sequence. The fourty-six patients in the observation group received enteral nutrion by nasal feeding pump at equal speed. In the control group,the fourty-three patients were fed with nasal nutrition by regular injection. Result The cases in the observation group had fewer functional disturbances of intestine and stomach than the controls did. The complications such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, hyperglycemia,displace and obstruction of nasogastric tube in the observation group were significantly fewer than those in the control group, statistically with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition through continuous dripping via feeding pump may reduce the complication induced by enteral nutrition support and makes it safer and more effective for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
