椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断与治疗

目的：探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断与治疗。方法：对43例椎管内神经鞘瘤进行回顾性分析。结果：早期确诊率为44％，40例全切，3例大部切除，术后随访2个月至3年，95％的患者症状全部或部分缓解。结论：MRI对诊断有重大意义，手术力争全切，显微手术有助于提高全切率。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Intraspinal Neurinoma

[Purpose] To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal neurinoma .[Methods] A retrospective investigation was made in 43 cases with intraspinal neurinoma during 1986～ 2000.[Results] The accuracy of diagnosis in early stage was 44％ .All the 43 cases received operations , 40 complete resections and 3 subtotal resections. The follow_up from two months to three years showed that complete or partial symptom relief was found in 95％ of the patients.[Conclusion] Accurate diagnosis in early stage depends on detailed medical history ,physical examination and imaging examinations . MRI is the most important diagnostic procedure. Complete resection of the tumors may result in good prognosis. The percentage of complete resection could be increased by microsurgery.
