| 摘 要： | 本文研究了用硝酸氧化辛醇—2合成已酸的工艺,探索了硝酸浓度。加料顺序,催化剂诸因素对己酸产率的影响。结论是:在催化剂存在下,以浓硝酸作氧化剂。将硝酸逐渐加入辛醇—2中的工艺效果较好,己酸单程产率达57%

| Abstract: | This paper has dealt with the technology of synthesising he—xanoic acid by using nitric acid to oxidince oetanoL-2.It hassought for factors influnce on the production rate of haxanoicacid,Such as the concentration of nitric acid.the order addedstarting matter and catalyst.Here comes the conclusion thatwith the presence of calalyst,taking concentrated nitric acid asoxidant,a better technological process will be achieved if we addgradually concentrated nitric acid to octanol-2.Thus the singleprocess yield of hexanoic acid can reach 57 percent |
