三坐标数控磨床加工直纹面的刀位计算

摘    要:提出一种用三坐标数控磨床加工直纹面的刀位计算方法,这种方法利用基于曲面的“点-向量”(point-vector)法用一系列小平面逼近直纹面,通过将工件坐标系旋转和平移使这些小平面依次与砂轮表面重合,然后对相关节点和矢量进行坐标变换,可以计算出床床的3个轴在相应位置的绝对坐标和相对坐标,应用这种方法,作者成功地解决了一个实际工程问题。

Abstract:A method is presented which can be used to machining a ruled surface with a 3axis grinding NC machine. Using the "pointvector" method based on curved surface, the ruled surface is divided into a series of small planes in workpiece coordinate system. By turning and linearly removing the coordinate axes of the workpiece, which makes the planes to coincide with the grinding wheel surface ,and then transforming the coordinates of the points and normal vectors on the planes from the workpiece coordinate system to the machine tool coordinate system,we can get the absolute and relative coordinates of the NC axes in relevant position. With this method, the authors finished an application project perfectly.
