高效光伏充电控制器的研究

摘    要:针对光伏电池一蓄电池能源系统充电的特点,设计了一种基于DSP的充电控制器。该控制器体积小,可靠性高,功能强,采用Cuk电路,对蓄电池采用三阶段充电控制策略,在快充阶段实现了基于导纳增量法的光伏电池最大功率点跟踪(MPPT),在过充和浮充阶段,实现了基于比例积分PI调节的带有温度补偿的恒压充电。实验结果表明,MPPT时能快速跟踪外界条件的变化,且稳态振荡小,提高了光伏电能的利用率;过充和浮充时电压精度高,可延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

Abstract:In response to the charge features of photovoltaic system,one type of charge controller is designed,which is based on DSP. The controller is small in volume with high reliability and strong functionalities,adopting Cuk circuit as its main charge circuit,and uses three-state charging method.Quick-charge is carried out by MPPT(maximum power point tracing)which uses the incremental conductance algorithm.In the state of over-charge and float-charge,it uses proportion integral control method to realize constant voltage charge,and the charge voltage can be compensated by temperature sampling.Experimental results indicates that this charge controller can improve the utili- zation of solar-energy,and high in accuracy in over-charging and float-charging stages,and prolong the life of battery.
