摘    要:利用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对高压磨料水射流系统的喷枪内腔进行了两相流的数值模拟。比较分析了锥形喷枪与直管喷枪内流场中磨料流动的影响。并对可视化的图形图像和计算结果进行了分析研究,结果表明,锥形喷枪的流场结构比直管喷枪要好。这为喷枪的进一步设计和改造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Application of CFD in analysis of field flow in spray gun of two phase flow.Contrast analysis on the diffient flow field in the tapered spray gun and the straight one.The visualizing pictures and simulation results were analyzed and researched,and its numerical results show that the character of the flow field in the tapered spray gun is better than the straight one.The theory basis was offered for the further design and rebuilding of spray gun.
