川西气田气井管柱选材研究

摘    要:川西须家河组气藏气井管柱存在严重的腐蚀问题,通过室内模拟试验和现场试验及腐蚀软件分析,研究了气井的腐蚀机理,气井腐蚀主要以CO2腐蚀为主。研究表明13Cr材质管柱在川西须家河组气藏生产条件下具有良好的防腐效果。

Abstract:Gas tubes of Xujiahe gas reservoir in West Sichuan have serious corrosion problems, which cause a great loss. This paper studied the corrosion mechanism of gas well through indoor and field simulation test and made an analysis by CorrosionAnalyzer software. It' s found the corrosion was mainly caused by CO2 and the tube with 13Cr could be used to prevent corrosion in Xujiahe gas reservoir.
