| Abstract: | Purpose： To establish a method for the determination of miconazole nitrate in Miconazole Nitrate Suppository by HPLC. Method： The HPLC consisted of Phenomenex C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）,methanol-acetonitrile-2% ammonium acetate （380 ： 300 ： 320） mixture as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 235 nm. The flow rate was 2.0 mL/min. Result： The linear range was good in the range of 0.2-1.8 mg/mL （r=0.9999）. Conclusion： The HPLC method was simple and accurate.It fit the content determination of Miconazole Nitrate. |
