Crystal growth and characterization of $In_{23} PSe_{3}$

Abstract:	Crystals of $In_{23} PSe_{3}$ were grown by chemical vapor transport of the elements. The phase is structurally related to the hyposelenophosphates, M^IIPSe₃, but contains both indium atoms and vacancies on the metal ion sites. The compound shows a high electrical resistivity (>10⁸ ohm-cm) and has an optical absorption edge at 1.9 (1) e.V.
