瑞芬太尼对小儿手术患者呼吸功能、应激程度及血流动力学的影响

目的：观察研究瑞芬太尼对小儿手术患者呼吸功能、应激程度及血流动力学的影响程度。方法：选取于本院进行手术治疗的58例小儿患者为研究对象，将58例患儿随机分为对照组（芬太尼组）29例和观察组（瑞芬太尼组）29例，然后将两组麻醉诱导前及麻醉后5、10min，术后5min的呼吸功能、应激程度及血流动力学相关指标进行统计与比较。结果：观察组麻醉后5、10min，术后5min的呼吸功能、应激程度及血流动力学指标均明显地优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：瑞芬太尼对小儿手术患者呼吸功能、应激程度及血流动力学的不良影响程度小于芬太尼，因此安全性更高，更适用于小儿手术患者。

Influence of remifentanil on respiratory function,stress degree and hemodynamics of children underwent operation

Objective： To observe and study the influence of remifentanil on respiratory function, stress degree and hemodynamics of children underwent operation. Methods：A total of 58 children underwent operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group（fentanyl group, n= 29 cases） and observation group（remifentanil group, n= 29 cases）. Then the respiratory function,stress degree and hemodynamics related indexes of two groups before the anesthesia induction and 5min, 10 min after anesthesia induction, 5 min after the operation were analyzed and compared. Results.. The respiratory function,stress degree and hemodynamics related indexes of observation group 5min, 10 rain after anesthesia induction, 5 min after the operation were all obviously better than those of control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion： The bad influence of remifentanil for the respiratory function,stress degree and hemodynamics of children underwent operation is smaller than those of fentanyl,remifentanil is safer and more suitable for the operative children.
