摘    要:为适应“大运行”体系对配网抢修指挥业务的新要求,加强传统调控业务与配网抢修业务的融合,国网公司正在推进95598全业务集中上划.文中结合冀北电力调控中心配网抢修工单数据信息,就气候影响、工作日与非工作日特性、地区负荷结构相关性、随机波动特性等提炼出诸项结论,使实际配网抢修数据具备更为严谨的逻辑支撑,并进一步开展在线统计分析与可视化系统建设,为配网抢修业务的开展提供指导意见与决策辅助.

Abstract:In order to adapt to the new requirements of " Mega-operation" system for rush repair command in power distribution network, to strengthen the integration of the traditional dispatching and control business and the rush re- pair business of power distribution network, the whole service with 95598 was totally transferred to the higher authori- ties. According to the information of rush repair job orders in Jibei power dispatching and control area, several conclu- sions were obtained about influence of climate, characteristics of working and non-working days, structure correlation of area load and random fluctuation characteristics. These conclusions could supply more rigorous logic supporting for the actual rush repair data in distribution system, and further carry out on-line statistical analysis and construction of visualization system, and provide guidance and decision support for rush repair job.
