摘    要:碳纤维树脂基复合材料(CFRP)层合板的疲劳性能决定了结构的安全性和可靠性。其寿命预测的研究具有重要的工程意义。依据碳纤维复合材料拉压疲劳试验标准,对含孔国产碳纤维CCF300/QY8911复合材料进行了5个不同应力水平下拉压疲劳试验,分析了疲劳试样断口,表征了中央含孔国产碳纤维CCF300/QY8911复合材料在疲劳载荷作用下的破坏过程,获得含孔复合材料层合板的条件疲劳极限,在此基础上,建立了复合材料的S-N曲线。利用该曲线可对中央含孔复合材料进行疲劳寿命预测。10^6下的条件疲劳极限为平均应力的48%(即150.3MPa)。

Abstract:Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composite laminates fatigue performance has been the important guarantee to safety and reliability of structure. Therefore the study on fatigue life prediction has significant engineering values. And, according to tensile - compression fatigue test standard of CFRP laminates, tensile - compression fatigue tests of open -hole CCF300/QY8911 specimens under five different stress levels are carried out. With the analysis of the fatigue fracture morphology,the characterization of the destruction process of open -hole CCF300/QY8911 composite laminates under fatigue loads has been made. Also, the conditional fatigue limit of open -hole composite laminates has been obtained and the S - N curve of the composite has been established. This curve would be utilized in the open - hole composite laminates fatigue life prediction. Under condition of 10^6 cycles, the conditional fatigue limit is 48% of the average strength, which is 150.3MPa.
