摘    要:目的:研究自理理论在临床护理教学中的应用效果.方法:将我校2006级高职护理班的学生随机分成两组,实验班在临床教学的过程中强调自理理论的应用,对照班采用传统教学,进行教学效果比较.结果:两组学生的基础理论知识考核成绩无明显差异,但两组学生在整体护理应用方面有明显差异,在临床教学中应用自理理论对培养学生灵活应用基础理论知识来解决实际问题的能力上有一定的优势.强调自理理论的应用对激发学习兴趣、培养评判性思维能力有帮助.结论:在临床教学中应用自理理论有助于学生思考护理的培养,调动学习的主动性和积极性,提高学生评判性思维的能力.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of self-care theory in teaching of clinical nursing.Methods:The students of nursing in our school were divided into two groups at random.one group was taught using self-care theory,the other was taught traditionally and then,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in the theoretical performance between two groups,but there were significant differences in application of holistic nursing.The students of using self-care theory in learning of clinical nursing evidently exceeded the other group in clinical problem solution.The questionnaire showed that the majority studentsagreed to using Orem's self-care theory in teaching of clinical nursing and it could help to teach the critical thinking.Conclusion:Using Orem's self-care theory in teaching of clinical nursing can obviously teach the clinical thinking and skill,stimulate the activeness and positivity of learning and improve the student's critical thinking.
