| 摘 要： | 本文分析了管片式散热器芯子装配中存在的问题，提出了管片式散热器芯子自动装配的自动分片原理和方法，设计了散热器芯子的管片定位系统。本研究为实现散热器芯子自动装配机提供了技术基础，为散热器的柔性化生产创造了条件。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the problem in assembling of the radiator co re,the principle and method of plate auto separation in assembling of the rad iator core are given,and a design method of Positioning Control Unit for the ra diator core assembling are given as well . The research of this paper provided the foundation for the development of Radiator Core Auto assembling Machine. |
