| 摘 要： | 在对高校科研创新团队含义、绩效评估方法介绍的基础上,设计并量化了绩效评估的标准和内容,通过对国内不同类型高校科研创新团队的绩效调查,结合具体例子,对科研创新团队的绩效进行了分析和评估,并给出了一些建议.
