纸浆模塑快速打样用砂模的制作工艺及其性能

摘    要:为缩短纸浆模塑制品打样周期、降低成本,依据纸浆模塑真空吸滤成型原理,使用桐油砂模替代金属模具作为快速打样成型模具,对桐油砂模的制作工艺进行了详细研究,分析了桐油质量、膨润土质量、干燥温度、干燥时间等因素对砂模性能的影响。试验结果表明,以40~60目粒径的硅砂制作砂模,影响砂模性能的因素依次为:桐油质量、膨润土质量、干燥时间、干燥温度;得到原料配比和制作工艺的较优组合:硅砂100g,桐油6g,膨润土2g,干燥温度200℃,干燥时间25min,砂模厚度10mm。检测试验表明,砂模强度、滤水性能满足上机打样模具要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce the molded pulp proofing period and cost the technology of sand mould was studied by analysis of several effect factors.The results showed the order effecting on the strength of the sand mould was tung oil,bentonite,temperature and time.When the 40-60 mesh of the sand was used the optimal combination of materials and technical condition as follow: the sand is 100 g,the quality of tung oil is 6 g,the quality of bentonite is 2 g,the temperature is 200 ℃,the time is 25 min,thickness is 10 mm.The testing experiments indicate that the strength and drainability of the sand mould could satisfy proofing need.
