摘    要:基于Moyono原理详细讨论了螺杆泵型线设计基本理论,推出了定子和转子横截面型线的形成方法和运动规律,给出了定,转子间过盈量的计算方法;建立了螺杆泵流体传输的数学模型,分析了流体在螺杆泵中的传输规律,找到了实现最大传输量和最小流速的条件。最后给出了定子模芯设计的经验公式。

Abstract:On the basis of moyno theory ,problems such as the essential theory for oil_field screw pump design and the moving law of rotator were discussed in detail.Mathematical mode was established for fluid transportation in screw pump,law of fluid transportation in screw pump was analyzed,and the condition for maximum fluid transportation and minimum fluid velocity was found out .In the end,empirical formulas were given for the design of mould core of stator.
