| 摘 要： | 目的探讨云县鼠疫流行特点,为鼠疫防治提供更多科学依据。方法整理归纳历史上和1996年,1999~2001年的鼠疫流行资料,对2005年的现场动物鼠疫的调查资料进行分析。结果该县在鼠疫静息106年后,于1996年重新发生鼠疫和1999~2001年连续3年发生鼠疫后,2005年3月再次发生鼠疫流行,分离到鼠疫菌3株,其中黄胸鼠2株,印鼠客蚤(地面游离蚤)1株。结论该地存在着鼠疫自然疫源地,黄胸鼠组成比和印鼠客蚤指数增高是本次鼠疫流行的直接原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of plague in Yunxian County,and provide the basis for further plague control.Methods The plague data was concluded and sorted out in 1996,and from 1999 to 2001,and the historical data.The epidemic data was analyzed in Yunxian County in March,2005.Results There was an epidemic of rat plague after quiescent period of 106 years in Yunxian County in April,1996,and there were consecutive from 1999 to 2001.Three strains of Y.pestis were isolated(two from R.flavipectus and one from X.cheopis) in March,2005.Conclusions There is rat plague natural focus in Yunxian County.The prevalence of rat plague was mainly due to the increase in the number of R.flavipectus and X.cheopis. |
