中医对抑郁症治疗的临床分析

目的:分析中医对抑郁症治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年2月-2012年2月间收治的50名抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者25例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组予以中医辨证论治,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果:观察组中显效18例,占总数的72.0%,有效5例,占总数的20.0%,无效2例,占总数的8.0%,总有效率为92.0%;对照组中显效14例,占总数的56.0%,有效4例,占总数的16.0%,无效7例,占总数的28.0%,总有效率为72.0%。两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医对抑郁症治疗具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床应用上推广。

Clinical observation on treating depression in TCM

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of TCM on treating depression. Methods：50 patients were divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, another was given TCM treatment. Results：In the treatment group, the markedly effective was in 18 cases for 72.0%, the effective was in 5 for 20.0%, the invalid was in 2 for 8.0%, The total efficiency was 92.0%;in the control group, the markedly effective was in 14 cases for 56.0%, the effective was in 4 for 16.0%, the invalid was in 7 for 28.0%, The total efficiency was 72.0%. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM has good effects, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
